Together with pedagogue Matthew Rich-Tolsma, whom I met at ArtEZ, I founded Not without the Rose, a workspace for Social Sculpture.
We develop work at the intersection of art, pedagogy and governance, creating space for collective and artistic practice around social complexity. Not without the Rose facilitates ateliers. In these ateliers we co-create with groups and practice ourselves in holding challenging and socially demanding paradoxes; Paradox-as-Praxis.
